Send the City of Madrid notices incidents in public spaces.

Mobile application of the citizen service of the Madrid City Council (Madrid Line), for sending Notices and Requests about incidents on roads and public spaces and green areas of the Municipality of Madrid.

Once the application has been downloaded and installed, you must register by entering basic contact information.

To send a notice, the process is very simple and is summarized in 4 steps:

STEP 1: Capture an image with your mobile device of the notice you want to send.

STEP 2: Locate the address of the notice on the map.

STEP 3: Choose the type of notice to send, which appears in the list.

STEP 4: Enter a brief description of the notice and send it.

Once submitted, the app will assign you a notice number.

When the notice has been resolved by the Madrid City Council, the application notifies it.

You can check the status of the notices sent through the "My Notices" option.
